Empowerment Through Literacy & Skills
Providing English Sign Language literacy and vocational training to empower deaf individuals and enable them to assert their rights

Advocating for Deaf Rights & Awareness
Championing the rights of the deaf community and disseminating crucial information about their needs and challenges

Developing Sign Language Capacity
Training Sign Language Interpreters and offering tutorials and coaching for deaf students' educational advancement

Establishing Dedicated Deaf Education Centers
Operating specialized educational institutions for the deaf to provide training and further the organization's goals
FOUNDER
Aderibigbe Oluwasola is a seasoned administrator with a deep passion for advancing the fundamental rights of Persons with Disabilities. He is a committed Disability Inclusion Advocate, Author, and Tech Enthusiast, dedicated to creating opportunities that foster accessibility and empowerment. As the Founder and Executive Director of the Deaf Inclusion and Development Initiative (DIDI), he continues to champion innovative solutions and drive impactful programs that promote equity, inclusion, and development for all.
